Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using EncloDoc and the billing terms for Day Pass, Pro Monthly, and Pro Annual access.

Effective August 8, 2026EncloDoc

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EncloDoc. By using the service or purchasing paid access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

EncloDoc provides browser-based tools for working with documents and common file formats. Features, supported formats, file-size limits, and availability may vary by tool, browser, device, or plan.

Privacy-first processing: most supported document operations are designed to run locally in your browser. You remain responsible for keeping appropriate copies of important files before processing them.

3. Plans and billing

  • Free: supported free usage may be available without payment.
  • Day Pass: a one-time payment that provides 24 hours of eligible Pro access beginning from the verified Stripe Checkout session time.
  • Pro Monthly: a recurring monthly subscription billed at the price shown at Checkout.
  • Pro Annual: a recurring annual subscription billed at the price shown at Checkout.

Paid transactions are processed by Stripe. Taxes, where applicable, may be determined or collected through the payment flow.

4. Renewals and cancellation

Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the EncloDoc billing page and Stripe Customer Portal. Unless the Checkout flow or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Refunds

Because EncloDoc provides immediate digital access after a verified purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error, contact support@enclodoc.com with the relevant transaction details.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use EncloDoc to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious content, attack or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, interfere with payment systems, or process files you are not authorized to use.

7. Your files and responsibility

You retain ownership of your files and content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and process them. You should maintain backups of important documents. EncloDoc is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, regulatory, archival, or records-management advice.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, add, remove, or modify features to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or performance. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect EncloDoc, its users, payment systems, or service providers.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EncloDoc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EncloDoc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of files, data, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms, billing, or the service can be sent to support@enclodoc.com or through enclodoc.com/support.
